You know, I know my art is crap. Maybe that's just my self-critic being harsh, but its easy to know that its not cream of the crop. I'm okay with that, I'm not one of those people that's on here because I *need* to add Daily Deviation to my list of useless internet accomplishments. I'm just here because drawing something awesome then throwing it in a drawer seemed quite wasteful, might as well show it to the world and see if they give a damn.

But seriously DeviantArt? This is the kind of damn you give?

I've not been on here in 18 months, and in a week, I post two submissions, and you've already pissed me off. The first, I take 10 hours on between planning it, positioning the characters, looking at reference material for costumes, drawing it out, working with a pain-in-the-ass scanner, then spending hours in Photoshop coloring it. The second, I draw six girls in the exact same position in lingerie, the only hard part being to estimate how to accurately draw their height differences and their breasts sizes.

In the five days its been posted, the difficult one that took me 10 hours and was my first *good* piece of artwork in the past year, has received 8 views. The one I posted not even three days ago, which took me maybe 4 hours tops and is nothing more than a glorified tit parade, has received 29 views.

It really solidifies the rule that here, artistic talent and hard work mean nothing, as long as you can draw some tits. This whole "Untitled Art Project" thing dA and Bravo are hawking? Its going to turn into a contest of who can draw, paint, sketch, or photograph the best boobies. Spoilers: the winner of this show will be the genius who draws boobs on an etch-a-sketch without making them square.
